The information below will help in accessing a virtual copy of your benefits cards.
Medical: Employees can go to www.gpatpa.com, click members, and then login, then sign up (bottom left), & then fill in the information asked to create an account & access ID cards.
Member ID- NOT REQUIRED
~The group number is H880253 – it is the same group number for Cigna and OA. That is the group number assigned to the company. You will go to the link that says Member Portal
You can also view their Explanation of Benefits, claims as well as find providers there as well.
Dental: For Dental that is through Guardian – Employees will need to create an account on Guardian’s site to access a copy of his card. Go to https://www.guardiananytime.com/registration/member and enter your information to create an account for access to get your ID cards.
The group number for Guardian is 564143.
Vision: For Vision that is through Highmark – Employees can go to www.highmarkbcbs.com and click register at the top right. Here you can sign up for an account to get access to your cards.
When you register for an account, you will also have access to any claims or finding providers as well!
