W2s & Tax Time

💻 To view your W-2 on your desktop, log in to Paylocity.

• Select "Employee Self-Service" from the main menu.  
• Select the "Pay" tab and select “More.” Then click "Tax Forms," and choose the year.  

 You'll have the option to password-protect the document or waive the protection, and then you can view the PDF file. 

📱If viewing through the Paylocity app, tap the menu at the bottom right and choose "Pay." 

•  Swipe left on the top bar, select "Tax Forms,” and choose the year(s) you want.  
• Tap the envelope icon at the bottom right to send this info to an email address.  
• You'll be prompted to create a password for the PDF by default.
